Dieses Tool ist besonders nützlich für die Interpretation komplexer Ergebnisse wie Ordnungsanalyse oder Amplitudenspektren, unterstützt aber auch alle anderen Array-Kanäle – einschließlich CPB, Harmonics und mehr.</p> <p>Der gesamte Plot ist vollständig interaktiv: Sie können ihn mit der Maus drehen, verschieben und skalieren, sodass Sie Ihre Daten mühelos aus jedem Blickwinkel betrachten können. Die Instrumenteigenschaften bieten weitere Skalierungs- und Ausrichtungsoptionen sowie mehrere voreingestellte Farbsequenzen, um die visuelle Ausgabe an Ihre Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Zur genauere Betrachtung werden die Fadenkreuzwerte in der oberen linken Ecke des Plots angezeigt. Time Reference Curves) hinzugefügt. Es ermöglicht es Referenzdaten neben Live-Signalen im Zeitbereich anzuzeigen. Sie können die Referenzdaten manuell definieren, aus einer Tabelle (z. B. Excel) kopieren oder aus einer zuvor aufgezeichneten .dmd-Datei importieren.</p> <p>Mit dem Plugin können Sie entweder eine einzelne Referenzkurve erstellen oder obere und untere Grenzkurven für visuelle Begrenzungen definieren. Weitere Konfigurationsoptionen umfassen:</p> <ul> <li>Fill Ahead Time: Anzeige von Referenzdaten bis zu 500 Sekunden im Voraus</li> <li>Start Condition: Start der Kurve bei Beginn der Datenerfassung, Datenaufzeichnung oder einem Triggerereignis</li> <li>End Behavior: Auswahl zwischen Schleife, Beibehaltung des letzten Werts oder Ausgabe von NaN, wenn die Daten enden</li> </ul> <p>Sie finden das Plugin „Time Reference Curves“ im Abschnitt „Fortgeschrittene Mathematik“ des Menüs „Kanal hinzufügen“.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.dewetron.com/app/uploads/2025/08/BP-OXYGEN-7.6-Fig-2.png" width="750" /></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>Abb. 2: Plugin “Time Reference Curve”</em></p> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216708"></a>Export der Kanalkonfiguration</h3> <p>Wir bieten Ihnen jetzt eine bequeme Möglichkeit, Kanaleinstellungen für Dokumentations- und Prüfungszwecke zu exportieren. Mit nur wenigen Klicks können Sie nun Kanalkonfigurationen direkt in Drittanbietersoftware wie Excel, Notepad oder ähnliche Programme kopieren. Dazu wählen Sie einfach die Kontrollkästchen der Kanäle aus, die Sie exportieren möchten, drücken STRG + C und fügen die Daten in die gewünschte Anwendung ein. So lassen sich die Hardware-Kanaleinstellungen ganz einfach dokumentieren.</p> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216709"></a>Frequency Tracking Filter</h3> <p>Eine neue Funktion in OXYGEN 7.6 ist der Frequency Tracking Filter, ein leistungsstarkes Werkzeug für Anwendungen wie Schwingungsanalyse, Maschinendiagnose und Order-Tracking. Diese neue Funktion arbeitet als intelligenter Bandpassfilter, der seine Mittenfrequenz kontinuierlich auf Basis eines Referenzgeschwindigkeitssignals anpasst. Die Mittenfrequenz wird als (nicht-)ganzzahliges Vielfaches der Referenzgeschwindigkeit (in Hz) berechnet, sodass der Filter bestimmte Ordnungen verfolgen und alle nicht relevanten Frequenzkomponenten unterdrücken kann. Sie können mehrere Eingangskanäle zuweisen und eine oder mehrere zu verfolgende Ordnungen definieren. Für jede definierte Ordnung pro Eingangskanal wird ein Ausgangskanal erstellt. Weitere Filtereinstellungen sind: Filtertyp, Filterordnung und Filterbandbreite. Die <strong>rote Kurve</strong> stellt das ursprüngliche (ungefilterte) Signal dar, während die <strong>dunkelblaue Linie</strong> den gefilterten Ausgang für die <strong>1. Ordnung</strong> und die <strong>hellblaue Linie</strong> den Ausgang für die <strong>2. Ordnung</strong> zeigt.</p> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216710"></a>Verbesserungen des X/Y Plots</h3> <p>Das Instrument X/Y-Anzeige erhält in OXYGEN 7.6 mehrere hilfreiche Erweiterungen, die es noch vielseitiger und flexibler machen. Die wichtigste Neuerung ist die Möglichkeit, mehrere Referenzkurven direkt im Instrument zu erstellen. Diese Kurven dienen ausschließlich als visuelle Begrenzungen. Um eine Referenzkurve hinzuzufügen, klicken Sie im Bereich Reference Curves auf die „+“-Schaltfläche und wählen anschließend „Anpassen“, um Ihre X- und Y-Koordinaten einzugeben. Die Punkte werden mittels linearer Interpolation verbunden, was eine klare und intuitive Referenzlinie im Diagramm erzeugt.</p> <p>Weitere Verbesserungen umfassen:</p> <ul> <li>Fixierte Datenlabels, wie bereits bei den Recorder-Instrumenten möglich</li> <li>Anpassbare Label-Formatierung, einschließlich Schriftgröße und Wertegenauigkeit</li> <li>Fadenkreuz-Werteanzeige jetzt oben links im Diagramm zur schnellen Orientierung</li> <li>A/B-Cursoren zur direkten Delta-Wert-Berechnung im Plot</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.dewetron.com/app/uploads/2025/08/BP-OXYGEN-7.6-Fig-4.png" width="750" /></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>Abb. 4: Verbesserte XY-Anzeige</em></p> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216711"></a>Erweiterungen der Power Analyse</h3> <p>Dieses Update bringt eine Reihe praktischer Verbesserungen für die Power Group mit sich und bietet noch mehr Einblick und Flexibilität bei der Analyse von Energie- und elektrischen Systemen.</p> <ol> <li><strong> Grenzwerte für Harmonics-Tabelle</strong></li> </ol> <p>Ein neues Feature zur Überwachung und Visualisierung von Grenzwertüberschreitungen harmonischer Komponenten während der Messung. Sie können absolute Grenzwerte für Spannung, Strom und Wirkleistung (Harmonische & Interharmonische) definieren. Diese Grenzwerte lassen sich in einer separaten Spalte anzeigen, was den Vergleich erleichtert. Wird ein Grenzwert überschritten, wird die entsprechende Zeile rot markiert. Zusätzlich kann der maximale RMS-Wert innerhalb eines definierbaren Zeitfensters in einer weiteren Spalte angezeigt werden.</p> <p><strong>Hinweis</strong>: Diese Funktion erfordert die Software-Option <em>OXY-OPT-POWER-ADV</em>.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.dewetron.com/app/uploads/2025/08/BP-OXYGEN-7.6-Fig-5.png" width="750" /></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>Abb. 5: Grenzwerte für Harmonics-Tabelle</em></p> <ol start="2"> <li><strong> Zusätzliche Kanäle für symmetrische Komponenten von Spannung, Strom und Scheinleistung</strong></li> </ol> <p>Zur Unterstützung aktueller Normen bietet OXYGEN nun zusätzliche Kanäle zur Analyse symmetrischer Komponenten von Spannung, Strom und Scheinleistung. Diese Parameter entsprechen der FGW-TR3 Rev. 26 und beinhalten Auswertungen wie Phasenwinkel, Vektorkomponenten und Scheinleistung. Die Funktionalität ist in <em>OXY-OPT-POWER-BASIC</em> enthalten und steht auch im Rahmen der Rolling Computations mit <em>OXY-OPT-POWER-EXP</em> zur Verfügung.</p> <ol start="3"> <li><strong> Resolver-Plugin – Unterstützung für mehrere Polpaare</strong></li> </ol> <p>Das Resolver-Plugin unterstützt jetzt Resolver-Sensoren mit mehreren Polpaaren. Bisher war nur die Verwendung von Resolvern mit einem einzelnen Polpaar möglich. Die Anzahl der Polpaare kann direkt in der Kanalkonfiguration eingestellt werden.</p> <p><strong>Hinweis</strong>: Diese Erweiterung ist Bestandteil der Software-Option <em>OXY-OPT-TAPE-RES</em>.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.dewetron.com/app/uploads/2025/08/BP-OXYGEN-7.6-Fig-6.png" width="750" /></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>Abb. 6: Resolver-Kanalkonfiguration – neue Einstellungsmöglichkeit für Polpaare</em></p> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216712"></a>Export Add-On‘s</h3> <p>Mit OXYGEN 7.6 haben wir zwei praktische Verbesserungen bei den Exportfunktionen umgesetzt:</p> <ol> <li>Beim Export nach MATLAB wird die Skalierungsinformation nun direkt in der erzeugten *.mat-Datei gespeichert.</li> <li>Beim Excel-Export steht nun die neue Option Header Daten zur Verfügung. Diese ermöglicht es, Kanalinformationen und Metadaten in einem separaten Tabellenblatt zu exportieren – ideal für die Dokumentation und Nachverfolgbarkeit von Messdaten.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216713"></a>Neue Mathe-Funktionen</h3> <p>Mit OXYGEN 7.6 wird der Funktionsumfang im Bereich Mathematische Kanäle erweitert – mit einer Reihe neuer Formelfunktionen für Signalgenerierung, Simulation und individuelle Signalverarbeitung. Diese Funktionen eignen sich ideal zur Erzeugung synthetischer Signale, zur Modellierung von Eingangssignalen oder zum Testen des Systemverhaltens unter definierten Bedingungen. Die neuen Funktionen im Überblick:</p> <ul> <li><strong>chirp(f0, f1, d)</strong> erzeugt einen Sinus-Sweep von Frequenz <em>f</em><em>₀</em> bis <em>f</em><em>₁</em> über die Dauer <em>d</em>.</li> <li><strong>sinwave(f, [</strong><strong>φ</strong><strong>])</strong>, <strong>coswave(f, [</strong><strong>φ</strong><strong>])</strong>, <strong>sawwave(f, [</strong><strong>φ</strong><strong>])</strong> und <strong>triwave(f, [</strong><strong>φ</strong><strong>])</strong> erzeugen periodische Signale (Sinus, Kosinus, Sägezahn und Dreieck) mit optionalem Phasenversatz <em>φ</em>.</li> <li><strong>pulsewave(f, d, [</strong><strong>φ</strong><strong>])</strong> generiert ein Rechtecksignal mit Frequenz <em>f</em>, Dauer <em>d</em> und optionaler Startphase.</li> <li><strong>delay(value, N, [y</strong><strong>₀</strong><strong>])</strong> verzögert ein Signal um <em>N</em> Abtastwerte; und initialisiert den verzögerten Ausgang optional mit <em>y</em><em>₀</em>.</li> <li><strong>lerp(a, b, t)</strong> führt eine lineare Interpolation zwischen <em>a</em> und <em>b</em> mit dem Faktor <em>t</em> durch, nach der Formel <em>(1–t)·a + t·b</em>.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.dewetron.com/app/uploads/2025/08/BP-OXYGEN-7.6-Fig-7.png" width="600" height="224" /></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em>Abb. 7: Neue Funktionen für Formeln</em></p> <p> </p> <h3><a name="_Toc205216714"></a>Sonstige Verbesserungen</h3> <p>Neben den großen Features bringt OXYGEN 7.6 auch eine Reihe kleinerer Verbesserungen mit sich, die den Arbeitsablauf erleichtern, die Bedienoberfläche intuitiver gestalten und den Funktionsumfang insgesamt erweitern.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>① Farbiger Hintergrund für die Digitalanzeige</strong></p> <p>Der Hintergrund der Digitalanzeige kann jetzt individuell angepasst werden – inklusive Standardhintergrund sowie Farben für obere und untere Grenzwerte. Zur Auswahl stehen die Typen A, B, C, D oder Z. An OXYGEN-NET system consists of at least one Slave device and one Master device, but cn also include multiple Slave devices and multiple Master devices. The left panel shows a Single-Master system with three DEWEx devices connected to one external Master PC. The right panel shows a Multi-Master system with three DEWEx devices connected to two external Master PCs. In both cases, the leftmost DEWEx device acts as the synchronization Master.</p> <p style="border: 5px solid #0080C9; padding: 15px 15px 15px 15px;">OXYGEN-NET is an optional feature and therefore not included in the OXYGEN standard license.</p> <p> </p> <h3>What are the benefits of OXYGEN-NET systems?</h3> <p>OXYGEN-NET systems offer numerous advantages across various industries. Below are the key benefits that make such systems a great choice for complex measurement applications:</p> <p><span style="color: #0080c9;"><em><strong>“Unlimited” number of measurement channels</strong></em></span><br /> With OXYGEN-NET, you can add as many devices as needed, scaling your system to hundreds, thousands, or even more measurement channels. This capability is essential for applications like wind tunnel testing, where countless signals need to be acquired synchronously.</p> <p><span style="color: #0080c9;"><em><strong>Widely distributed measurement systems</strong></em></span><br /> OXYGEN-NET enables the distribution of individual devices over large areas while maintaining synchronized data acquisition. This is possible through various synchronization options , such as PTP sync signals, which support device distances of up to 1,000 meters using a PTP Ethernet switch. Or use GNSS signals to synchronize devices across global locations.</p> <p><span style="color: #0080c9;"><em><strong>Flexible setup configuration</strong></em></span><br /> Managing complex measurement systems is simplified with OXYGEN-NET. All nodes can be configured and controlled directly from any Master device, facilitating setup processes. Additionally, each unit can still be configured and operated individually at its location if needed, providing flexibility in operation.</p> <p><span style="color: #0080c9;"><em><strong>Efficient data transfer and storage</strong></em></span><br /> OXYGEN-NET allows for flexible data transfer and storage. Choose to transfer specific channels only to save storage capacity and computation power. Or transfer all raw data to the Master device creating a redundant system, storing data on both the acquisition device and the Master for increased security.</p> <p> </p> <h3>How to set up an OXYGEN-NET system?</h3> <p>In the following, we explain how you can set up an OXYGEN-NET system quickly and easily in 4 steps with OXYGEN:</p> <p>1. Physically connect all devices to the same ethernet network.</p> <p>2.
